Received estimate that was inaccurate. The final bill was higher than what was discussed with the rep. The estimate called for service on a 4W drive truck which mine was not. Called Rep to call out the estimate was wrong. No explanation as to why the actual cost was higher than the invoice as per the call once the estimate was updated to 2W drive truck the costs would be less.

Waiting room was comfortable with snacks and refreshments. Staff was courteous.

I brought my equinox ev for a trailer hitch installation. The service advisor was helpful and the work that was done was done well. It was discovered that to complete the job, a part was needed for the bumper cover. I have had the car back for a week now, and there is no indication that the part will arrive in a timely manner. With the missing part, there are large holes in the bumper cover. I had to wait a long time to get the trailer hitch and I suspect that this will also be a long wait.

Disappointing to say the least.

Everyone was polite, and I feel we had honest discussions. If ever in a position to recommend a deal, I would happily recommend Bergstrom. We are very happy with the purchase. Overall though, the process takes too long. Even with paying cash. Like, why an hour to clean the car after we agreed? It is brand new? Why was it not clean enough to sell while on display? We thought it was, would have been perfectly happy to have avoided that hour delay.

I had a list of things to do in preparation for a long distance move. The work was done expediently and done well at a fair price. I could really tell a difference when driving back home. I miss the automatic car washes when a large amount of work is done.

2 months for a part. Not your or Jon's fault but it makes me question the wisdom of buying Chevy. One of my coworkers bought a high-end chevy drove it less than 3 weeks and waited a month for the spare part. And all that was before Trump sabotaged the economy and shredded the delicate supply web. I don't blame Bergstrom, but I question how much corporate values service that meets the needs of their customers.

I'm always in and out in less time than they think.

Seems like every time I bring my car in for an oil change I am told that it needs major repairs. This also happened when I drove a Ford. Does not matter what car or which repair shop. It is nice to know that people are looking out for my safety, but just once I wish an oil change ended up being just that.

Another great service experience at Bergstrom Madison. This time I needed to use the courtesy shuttle to get back to work in time for a meeting and everything went flawlessly. The service department communicates well and everything was done promptly.

I had a wonderful experience with Bergstrom as always. Bradley has been nothing but kind, helpful and understanding each time I work with him. You can tell he cares about his job and wants to give customers the best outcome. I would recommend Bergstrom to anyone. My vehicle is a 2025 Chevy Trax, which I purchased in September 2024. Everything has worked wonderfully, except I have had issues getting phone calls to connect through my speakers consistently since I bought it. The issue that brought me to Bergstrom was my front passenger door speaker. It blew out and would regularly, yet intermittently make static sounds which ruined the listening experience. I was able to get the speaker replaced under warranty. It's been almost a week and I haven't had anymore issues with that speaker, but am worried may be hearing it on my driver's side now. I will return to Bergstrom with any further issues.

I was at Bergstrom Chevrolet for an oil change and also to address the loose trailer hitch cover that continues to fall down. I was already on my third trailer hitch cover because of poor design that I had dealership secure with zip ties when it was put on. Even with the zip ties the trailer hitch cover continued to fall down. Tristan’s response was just to leave trailer hitch cover off the vehicle which is an unacceptable response. Brandon tried to be helpful and come up with solutions. I appreciated his efforts. In the end Christopher James covered the fourth trailer hitch. However I was dismayed by his double talk that it was a GM Chevrolet issue and not a Bergstrom dealership issue. As a Chevrolet customer I expect all of you GM Chevrolet and Bergstrom to take care of a customer and stand behind the quality and design of your product when it is clearly a design issue as other people online are experiencing the same problem. Otherwise why bring the vehicle to your branded dealership for service. Bergstroms credit card fee cost shift to customers to generate quick revenue is also a disincentive to bring vehicle to the dealership. Credit card fees have been in place for years so the recent shift is a slap in the face to GM Chevrolet customers.

Blake was awesome to work with as well as the others who greeted, opened doors and offered drinks. There was not a time I felt like I wasn’t getting great service.

We worked with Blake Kes, he was very knowledgeable and responsive to questions via email. He was willing to work with us to add additional accessories to the truck also. We were coming from an hour and a half away and was very willing to make accommodations for us to come after work to test drive and purchase the vehicle. Based on this experience, we will certainly look at Bergstrom Chevy when we are in the market for another vehicle

I needed a new tire on a fairly new vehicle (13,000 miles), as the sidewall was damaged and eventually gave out. Coupled with an oil change and tire rotation, Bergstrom completed the work in a timely manor with courtesy and a positive attitude. I took advantage of the shuttle service offered to get to and back from work. The shuttle driver was polite and drove safely and efficiently.

Service was excellent. I do not appreciate from Bergstrom or any entity having a line on billing stating "fees" with no additional explanation! I'm assuming it represented your new game charging customers for using a credit card? Yours reps on site should be verbalizing that at time of billing for one thing. Also, if that is your answer to cc processing fees being charged to you, go to bat for your own company and customers and negotiate a better rate with cc company or switch processors. That new add to me is enough to take my future service needs elswhere as well as my long history of purchasing vehicles from Bergstrom.

Mozel worked hard to find the right Chevy Equinox EV for me. She made the buying process easy and enjoyable.

Fixed my issue with the tire pressure sensor and had an oil change and tire rotation. Scott told me that when the tire sensors start to go they usually continue in about a three month range from each other. Good information! Thank you Scott.

This was my 1st time using the drive up service for an oil change...it went exceptionally well! Just pulled up to the door. Left my keys in the vehicle and asked the service tech for an oil change. 35 minutes later, my oil was changed and I had a fresh car wash.

I had a time crunch with a very long camping trip throughout Canada and lots of hours of work had to be completed on my truck. I was quite anxious that it wouldn't be done on time. I communicated my needs to Jon Wirth and he facilitated making it happen. The wonderful mechanic even promised to work overtime to make it happen, I was so pleasantly surprised when the work was completed well before time! I am very thankful and appreciative!

WE ASKED ABOUT THE DIFFERENT LEVELS OF TRAX VEHICLES. THERE WASN'T A MODEL ON THE LOT, BUT OUR SALES PERSON WAS ABLE TO LOCATE THE EXACT VEHICLE WE WANTED. HE WAS ABLE TO HAVE THE TRAX DELIVERED IN LESS TIME THAN WE EXPECTED.

Poor communication with me and problem was not fixed

The service representative I dealt with Bradley G, was kind and helpful I am more so frustrated with the fact I had an appointment at 10am and was given a shuttle ride to the local gym and was there for 2 hours before being able to be given a shuttle ride back to my house. In the span of those two hours I didn’t receive an update or diagnosis for what was going on with my vehicle. A span of 5 hours went by where I received an estimate via text. Instead of having the representative call me I took the initiative to call the service center and find out what was going on. It was frustrating that it took 5 hours to get informed what was going on with my vehicle and then what work would be needed for the problems to be fixed.

Jessie was great. He explained everything thing that was going to be done with my car and get me up to date. I really appreciated that.

Scheduled vehicle for oil & filter change. Appointment was conducted on time and completed quickly. The whole process was done very efficiently and with ease. Job well done.

Each time I have been to the dealership thus far, everyone has been very professional. They get me out in a timely fashion. The only thing I miss that used to be done is them sending you a video of what they are doing to your car.

I accidentally scheduled for a different dealership and Chevy was able to take me in last minute over my lunch break, which was amazingly kind! The service is always great and they offered to wash my car too which is also extremely helpful to me. Thank you!

Charged me for a tire rotation that i didn't ask for when I just scheduled an oil change bringing my own oil and filter from Amsoil, wasn't asked if i wanted the tire rotation. I was expecting the 39.99 I'm usually Charged for the oil change when I bring my own oil. But Charged $77 for the oil change and tire rotation i didn't ask for. I was pretty disappointed that I was Charged for something i didn't ask for.

I brought my2025 Trax in for its first complimentary service. I was greeted right away, given an estimated time for completion and showed the waiting lounge which clean and comfortable. My car was ready within the promised time. The service perso explained what was done. I signed off and was on my way.

I bought my car at bergstrom and always have the best support when I go in for my oil changes or any work that needs to be done.

I’m questioning the inspection. The sheet shows 21% oil life. It was at 25 when I brought the truck in. The sheet said my tire pressure was 32 in and out. I keep my tires at 35. If they were 32 why was it not corrected to 35. My biggest problem is….was the inspection really done??? At 118.00 for an oil change I need to know that everything was done properly.

Quick and easy!

Overall I am happy. The Silverado EV is a great vehicle. Devin was responsive and helpful when I had questions and showed me around the vehicle so I could get used to it. Also made the process easy and I was out the door in no time with my new truck.

When I checked in, I asked the service person would you be topping off my fluids and he said yes. On my drive home after the service appointment I got a message in my car that windshield wiper fluid was low and needed to be refilled. I live 30 minutes from the dealership, so I didn’t go back to have it done. But it’s very disappointing that I even asked for this to make sure that it was part of the service, but it was not done. When I called they told me I could bring it back and have it refilled. Someday when I’m back in that area, I will do that, but the convenience is just not there.

I bought a new car back in oct . I have had it in 2 times since both times they can’t find anything wrong. Now I know I’m not imagining things. It’s things that aren’t happening on a regular basis but the last thing that happened was my cruise kept shutting off did it like 5 times in a row then started working again but they couldn’t find what was causing it because it wouldn’t do it when they were driving it. I really like going to them they are really friendly, place is kept immaculate and any other questions they answer .im a faithful GM owner have had basically all my life my dad and 2 of my brothers worked for GM

Jesse Strawbridge was amazing and extremely personable. He walked me through the whole process of my vehicle being serviced. He was attentive to my situation being that I was on my way home from visiting my brother, who just received a liver transplant. He shared alot of great memories of the Upper Peninsula backpacking to ease my mind as I am from that area. We had great converstation. I was extremely blessed to have met Jesse. I wish him all the best. The entire team was very welcoming and polite.

The sales manager was open to negotiation, and I felt our final price was a fair compromise. Lastly, the chocolate chip cookies were a nice touch!

I made an 8am appointment for new tires and an oil change but for some reason other cars were being worked on before mine and it wasn’t until 2 or 2:30 when my work got started. Explanation given was that tire sale brought a lot of customers in. But I had an 8am appointment. So either you were accepting walk-ins that got bumped ahead of me or you overbooked. Either way not acceptable.

Lorrie is awesome. She provides great customer service. I can’t say the same for Chevrolet and GM. Poor customer service and no resolution of obvious design flaw. I am on my sixth trailer hitch bumper cover. It keeps falling off even though I have never used the trailer hitch or removed bumper cover. For less than a $100 part you will lose me as a repeat Chevrolet and GM customer.

I noted that brakes were making scrubbing noise when braking but after their multi point inspection I was told brakes were a 10 meaning they were good. Well the guy who was handling my work order Bradley was actually in the car with me after the car was finished and heard the brakes still making the same noises after I was told they were good. Also I got an oil change and tire rotation. I purposely mark my wheels before the service and they seem to be in the same rotation.

Took my truck in for recalls and service was done faster than expected, waiting area is very comfortable. This was my first time there and I would come back for other services.

This was a pretty meh experience. 1) the service advisor didn't take my concern seriously and didn't ask enough questions. I'm assuming he thought I wanted the investigation to be part of the free Chevy service, which had he asked, he'd have known I was expecting to be charged. They glanced to see if there was an oil leak, but I could have told them it wasn't an oil burning smell, so it wasn't helpful. 2) My advisor didn't check me out. A different advisor told me my car was ready and immediately put the paperwork in the car. He couldn't wait for me to walk behind him or help me with the doors (I was carrying a cargo liner I had ordered). I was disappointed he didn't bother discussing the findings with me. 3) I saw that Bergstrom offers much better service to other clients. Their advisors came in and talked to them, made sure they saw the video the dealership sends (only reason I knew to look for it), and made sure the customer was satisfied. 4) I also didn't receive the same service as others and wasn't offered a car wash or a brr it's cold ticket. It's fine if that's only a thing special clients get, but then maybe make it less obvious every single client except me gets it (all of whom had only oil changes). 5) TL;DR - Bergstrom did a basic job but wasn't at all trying to keep my business. Which is fine but unfortunate for them. I have all of my service done at a dealership (outside a few rare exceptions), and plan to keep this car for 10 years, so that's a lot of money they didn't care about having. My concern is still a problem. The smell is there sometimes and my gas mileage is 12 MPG less than it had been. I'm extremely disappointed that I have to schedule another appointment with another dealership in the middle of the holidays because Bergstrom couldn't do its job the first time. 3 stars on the oil change (would have been 4 if others didn't receive much better service; 5 if I got the exact same service as other clients) and 1 star for the lack of investigation of my concern. 2 stars overall. Maybe I'll come back, but I hope to find someone else to do all the regular maintenance.

I came in the get a hard tonneau cover put on my new 2026 Chevy Silverado. I was told the appointment would take two hours. After two hours they brought it out to me and I had to let them know it was installed wrong. They said they would fix it I waited and came out again and said they fixed it before I could even get to what they fixed I notice they again failed to do it correctly. They did eventually come back out and had it fixed. Until I got home and had to re do the seal myself. Not very professional of a Chevy dealership. There should be someone doing the work and someone making sure the part is installed right. Looks very bad on the business to have a customer tell the dealership how to install something when they are the ones being paid to install it.

Devin was very personable and dealt with all my questions in a professional and friendly manner. Our test drive was a one I'll never forget.

I had multiple issues with my vehicle. Check engine light, starting issues, ABS light and traction control issue. The hard starting issues were addressed but the ABS and traction control issues were ignored by the tech even though I mentioned them twice and multiple lights and alerts were on the dash. I won't be coming back because of this.
