The service center has been great even though a bit confusing. I set up this appointment using the app on my phone. I specifically requested the appointment via the notification of the recall on my car. That is, there was a recall notification in the Vehicle Status section. At the end of the recall information, there was a button or link to "set up an appointment". I clicked on it and set up the appointment. When I arrived for the appointment, the representative was confused because the requested service was an oil change. My car is a Bolt EV. HA! The representative managed to correct the purpose of the appointment for the passenger side seat belt pre-tensioner recall and the work was successfully completed.
