Confirmed Service Customer
Unsure where to enter the bay for service, regardless of with an appointment or not, (unsure if even welcome without an appointment). Wanted to take a Blazer test drive while I was waiting for service, as I am currently shopping for a new vehicle, but was unsure how long my service would take or if that was appropriate. (Also, where are all the vehicles located listed online at Bergstrom? Not in Madison). No one seemed interested that I was even looking at vehicles in the lot anyway. I certainly didn't expect to be asked if I had paid for my service appointment before I was even told my service had been completed; that was new, really uncomfortable & unusual.
