Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Even though it was bad news (I needed to have an airbag replaced) at a hard time to incur a huge expense, Donny seemed truly concerned about my safety and made sure I had everything I needed to be without my vehicle for a day.
Great communication but the recent situation I talked to a pair of independent shops and both of their quotes where a $1000 cheaper. I had to take a day of my time, couple tanks of fuel and a rented car dolly but I believe a $1000 is worth that.
The staff members were very nice they dropped off my daughter and I at a near by restaurant awhile providing services on my car and picked us up afterwards. Best customer service from a car shop I’ve had in awhile

I have a van that is in rough shape at best. I found a Black Chevy Spark online and John Seymour called me back before I moved on to the next car. Within 5 minutes. We talked about the Spark, 0 down and the bad situation I was having with my van that has no heat, and my 2 year old little girl. in Wiscosin, in December. He said to come in, he was certain he'd be able to hook me up with something. So, I wrapped up Scooter, and grabbed her old dog, Puppy. When I got there my van was over heating. I filled out some papers and was told I'd need my award letter and bank statements. So Scooter, Puppy, and I got in the cold van and drove home. 1 mile from my exit my van died. I called a friend to come get me off the interstate and he got us home with the van. It wss cold but We were still in good spirts cuz we're going to get a new car. John got my wife, Scooter and me a ride to the dealership by a nice retired man. When we got in he was waiting for us and opened the door for us. We left shaking hands with me sitting in my new White Spark. Thanks John now we have a car for Christmas and my family and I really appreciate everything you and Josh did for me.
So far, service was good. I requested to have my Drivers side rear tire looked at and then I was told I would receive a phone call letting me know if there was an issue or if my tire was low due to the colder weather. Instead, I received a phone call an hour and twenty minutes later stating my valve stem was replaced and my cost was $40. Pretty errogant of these individuals to assume I would have the funds to pay for this fix. Luckily for them, I did. Now that my warranty is up, I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere. I come to get my vehicle serviced, not be taken advantage of.
Dealership was fine. I think GM should stand behind bad matl. Used in construction of vehicle. I have owned numerous GM cars, suv,s and truck, never had a emissions canister crack. I think it was faulty matl.to start with,but ended up paying approx. $800 to fix.
