Service visit was excellent and Chris was perhaps the best service person I have ever worked with. When the shuttle driver was unavailable Chris actually drove me home and picked me up when the repair work was done. However, my vehicle was returned unwashed. Perhaps I am mistaken in what I expect from the dealership but I expect the vehicle to be washed before it is returned.
Had oil change & tires rotated. Making the appointment was easy and convenient. We have also had some ongoing issues with wind noise on the driver's side. The body shop worked on it and it seems much better; however, we will drive it for a few weeks and see if the "fix" lasts. The 1st time it sounded this good and then the more we used that door, the more the sound came back. The 2nd time they adjusted the door it ended up making it much worse!! We were a little hesitant on having them try again but...it's been so much better. I, Patty, drive the Cruz 95% of the time and I LOVE that car!! I get the best gas mileage and it's easy to handle/park. The one and only issue has been the wind noise on the driver's side. As far as dealing with Bergstrom, you couldn't have nicer people taking care of you and your car. They are THE cleanest service garage we've ever seen!!
I scheduled a diagnostic service appointment online, which was noted as $69.99. When I was finished with my appointment I was told $99.99, but thankfully I spoke up so I was given the internet price of $69.99. That is a shady way to do business, and is one of the reasons I opted not to have my repairs done at Bergstrom.
Lourie did not give my $20. off coupon back to the service center but the person that Completed the work took my word that I had one. The last time I was in for service, Lourie did not put the sticker stating when the next oil change would be needed
My first trip to the service department. I previous had a volkswagon and went to the dealer there. Recieved excellent customer service there and not so much at Bergstrom. I had to ask why my car wasn't washed and was told the washer has been broken. At volkswagon they would apologized and told me i could come back. Also my wipers didnt work well from the start. I asked about it and i needed to purchase new ones. I think i could have applied points to pay. The waiting area was comfortable and welcoming.
