I've been a mechanic most of my life and the professionalism I experienced at the dealership was outstanding. The service writer was very polite and knew what she was doing, unlike some of the dealerships I've been in. The Technicians seemed very experienced and performed their duties in a timely manner.
Terrible customer service on the part of ���Donny��� who misled me about the nature of the issue and the time that I would be waiting inside the dealership when I had mentioned that it was a rare vacation day for me and that I didn���t want to be spending time in the dealership (I had offered to pick it up the next day but he had assured me it wouldn���t be long). Service manager assured me he would make it up to me, but didn���t really do anything besides have a ���talk��� with his service team.
I was told my tires all were bad and there was no point in rotating them. Was given a very pricey quote for tires. Upon seeing my dad and brother who know a lot about mechanical stuff they said my back tires were definitely better than my front and they should have been rotated and they said that my tires weren���t at point of replacing. So now I have to have my brother rotate my tires for me.
