They failed on all accounts from sales to service. I had a loaner for 30 of the first 45 days I bought my truck. They made it right in the end that's how they did not get a 0 but it took 45 days to make it right of a new vehicle that I bought. When people ask about it I at least tell them that they did make it right.
All of the staff was very polite. However there were details that were overlooked in the sale process. I had to wait a week for my second set of keys to come from the other dealer. My truck seemed to have gone through a “brief” inspection and malfunctioning window motors had to be replaced the morning I was supposed to pick the vehicle up. I had to wait 30-40 minutes the day I picked up my truck because they never installed license plates and couldn’t seem to find them.
I was very please with the service I received in regards to the help with a rental car. I was given one for a day and a half free of charge. However, when I was told that they weren’t going to attempt to locate one new tire for me, since my previous tires are like new, I was disappointed. I felt like the effort wasn’t put in and they wanted me to buy two new tires from them. Didn’t appreciate that since it is the Holiday season and my hometown dealership would go out of their way to locate.
Adam Hobbs helped with the purchase of my new vehicle. He did a great job from beginning to end. I arrived with my family and he educated all of us about the Equinox. Adam is very on top of everything and efficient taking the time to answer all my questions.
